Tuition Policies:

Tuition and Fee Due Dates:
• 1st of Each Month – Tuition is due
• 6th of Each Month - $15 late fee is applied to past due accounts
• 11th of Each Month - tuition+late fee are automatically withdrawn from the credit/debit card on file.
• October 1st – First Half of Costume Payment is DUE
• November 1sT – Second Half of Costume Payment is DUE
• February 1ST– Recital Fee(s) are auto-drafted

Late Fee Policy:
- If tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month, a $20 late fee will be applied to the past due tuition.
- If tuition and late fees are not paid by the 10th of the month, Showbiz Kids and Dance Company will automatically withdrawal the past due tuition from the credit/debit card on file.
- Any returned checks will incur a $30 bank recovery charge.
- Declined cards will be charged a $30 inconvenience fee if an alternate payment is not made within 48 hours of the decline.

Refund Policies:
- There are no refunds or deductions for tuition, missed classes, Holiday/Closed Breaks, costume fees, recital fees, membership fees, or dancewear
- Credits will be given to those who may have overpaid or won a raffle/giveaway the studio hosted

Discounts:
- A 10% sibling discount will be applied to families with one or more students registered for classes.
- Multiple discounts and promotions will be announced throughout the year.

Withdrawal Policy:
- Any withdrawal must be submitted to the studio via email 30 days prior to withdrawal
- Account must be current for withdrawal to be terminated

- if you withdrawal at the 1st of the month, the current month's tuition is still due
- if you withdrawal after the 15th of the month, next month's tuition is still due

Payment Plans:
- Annual Payment Plan – One payment at time of registration (10% discount is given for this plan). Non-refundable .

- Monthly Payment Plan – Payments Are split into 10 monthly installments due on the 1st of each month.

- Automatic Monthly Payment Plan – Same as monthly plan, however, payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month from the card on file.
